Property Image Consultant® Online Real Estate Professional Agreement
I hereby agree to:
Provide the best service available for the Clients and the Properties being held on the Market. By offering
your expertise as a Consultant you will be able to meet specific expertise earned in the PIC® Real Estate
Professional Online course to assist the selling the property quicker and for more money. Maintain your
Professionalism throughout the process of Consulting with your Clients on preparing the property for
Sale, as a FREE Service; you will not have the expertise or the credentials to charge for a Consultation or
the staging services until you have upgraded to the Property Staging Consultant® course. Maintain your
Expertise as a Real Estate Professional and keeping the Real Estate and Staging Services separate. Refrain
from moving items in a home as your errors and omissions will not cover liabilities to you as a real estate
professional.
Protect and use with high Standards the PIC~ Property Image Consultants logo and continue to help
educate the public of the critical need of the Designation and the Property Staging Consultants Process,
by utilizing all Five Key Elements, that achieve maximum results.
Upon signing this Agreement you are agreeing not to utilize any copyright© information for your own
use directly or indirectly relating to the Property Staging Consultant ® Course Outline. You agree to
contact Jackie Riggins with any altercations of the Copyright© PIC® material provided you in the Course
outline, upon changes or benefiting financially. You must refrain from being a trainer or educating on the
copyright information to any real estate agent or brokerage. To train you must be qualified by Property
Staging Consultants to give presentations. The education you are receiving will teach you how to consult
your Clients as the First Key Element in preparing a property for sale. You will have expertise to identify
areas in and around the property which need to be prioritized and handled to achieve the maximum
result.
To maintain your designation as a PIC® Online designation there will be a yearly fee of $50.00 recurring
and charged to the credit card on file 30 days before the graduation date; Initial___________. It is the
responsibility of the student/graduate to notify the office within 30 days of their renewal with any
changes to the credit card on file. To no longer utilize the designation or the website we must have in
office 30 days prior to the date of graduation a letter of refusal stating you will no longer be utilizing the
designation in your marketing or any of the copyrighted material provided in the course. Provide credit

1. COPYRIGHTS
1. The Works. PSC is the owner of the copyright to certain materials relating to the
staging and presentation of homes and properties and is willing to allow Licensee to copy and
utilize such material under the terms herein set forth.
2. The License. PSC grants to Licensee a non-exclusive right to copy certain
materials described in Schedule C (the “Materials”), in whole or in part, and to incorporate the
Material, in whole or in part, into other works (the “Derivative Works”) for Licensee’s business
use only. Licensee is specifically prohibited from distributing the Materials or the Derivative
Works thereof to any person. Licensee is specifically prohibited from re-selling the Materials or
any Derivative Works thereof.
3. Ownership of Copyright Rights. Licensee hereby acknowledges that PSC is the
owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Material or any Derivative Works thereof,
including all copyright or other rights therein.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. Term and Termination. This Agreement shall continue in force and effect for
the life of the Marks, unless sooner terminated as provided for herein. The Agreement may be
terminated by either party without cause upon giving the other party thirty (30) days written
notice.
PSC shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice
to Licensee (i) in the event of any affirmative act of insolvency by Licensee, (ii) upon the
appointment of any receiver or trustee to take possession of the properties of the Licensee, (iii)
upon the winding up, sale, consolidation, merger, or any sequestration by governmental authority
of Licensee, or (iv) upon breach of any of the provisions hereof by Licensee, including any
breach of the quality control provisions.
Upon termination of this Agreement, Licensee agrees to immediately discontinue all use
of the Marks and any term confusingly similar thereto, to cooperate with PSC or its appointed
agent to cancel recording of this Agreement from all government records, to destroy all printed
materials bearing the Marks, and that all rights in the Marks and goodwill connected therewith
shall remain the property of PSC. Licensee also agrees to immediately cease any copying of the
Materials or Derivative Works and any preparation of Derivative Works.
2. Applicable Law. It is agreed that this Agreement may be interpreted according
to the laws of the State of Kansas United States of America.
3. Separability of Provisions. Each provision of this Agreement will be considered
separable; and if, for any reason, any provisions is determined to be invalid and contrary to any
existing or future law, this invalidity will not impair the operation or effect of those portions of
this Agreement which are valid. Licensee is responsible for terminating agreement in writing 30
days prior to separation.
4. Execution of Agreement. Licensee is responsible for execution of this
Agreement and forwarding to PSC with the registration packet. This Agreement must be
submitted at the time of registration.
In WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the parties has caused this Agreement to be signed and
delivered to its duly authorized officer, all as of the date indicated below.
