Property Staging Consultants® offers two of the most powerful courses in the industry. Each trainer maintains an active membership with the National Association of REALTORS®. Who better to train you than one of your peers?
PSC® offers 2 programs
- 1. 2 Day program developed for Real estate professionals and the opportunity for the REALTOR® /Agent to network with individuals who are starting their own Staging businesses.
- 2. Full 3 Day is to prepare to become a “Licensed” Property Staging Consultant. It is critical for your clients and your brokerages to have a license in the industry, to charge for the Staging services, the LLI removes the conflict of interest, while covering any liabilities in the industry, i.e. scratching a floor, damages of any kind. As a real estate professional, we have E&O Insurance, which does not cover decorating a client’s property at any level. Every REALTOR®/Agent has the opportunity to upgrade for the 3 Day program anytime you choose in class.
PSC® brings each professional into an in-house, hands-on staging that sets each of you apart; you will understand the entire process which creates a better understanding of the process to convey/educate to your clients. While working side by side with both the PIC® and the PSC® you will build a relationship based on what abilities you have as well as each profession. Staging these properties is with utmost respect and transformation. Remember: 80% of the public do not have a vision!
